How to book apartment?

View our suite list and select the apartment of your choice. Contact us to check the room availability. When the room is vacant, please pay the earnest money to confirm your reservation.

How to contact you for booking?

What to include in an inquiry email?

Your booking email should include your full name, nationality, passport No., email address, check-in date and the days you plan to stay, the numbers of adults and children, room type, etc.

How quick you will respond to my inquiry/reservation?

We normally respond to inquiries/reservations within 18 hours during China office hours (9am-6pm, UTC+8). For inquiries made outside China office hours, we will get back to you within 24 hours. It will take us more time during peak seasons or special events to respond to your inquiries.

Can I visit your apartments in person?

Yes. please contact us to make an appointment, however, for the rent period less than a month, we suggest you to book directly to save time.

When can I get the confirmation?

A Booking Confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as we receive your earnest money. Please note that the confirmation will be revised and re-sent if you find it inconsistent with your requests.

How much should I pay for the earnest money?

500 RMB for 2-4 weeks stay, RMB 1000 for 1-12 month stay.

How to pay the earnest money?

You can pay the earnest money through PayPal，which supports credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards (if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo). Simply provide us with your email address, then we will send you an email from PayPal, with instructions on how to pay us with your credit/debit cards through PayPal.

You can also pay the earnest money via bank transfer, we will send you our company bank account if you choose to pay this way.

Please note that PayPal doesn’t support RMB at the moment. If you choose to use PayPal, we will convert RMB to USD using up-to-date exchange rates and ask you to pay 73 USD (or 20% of rent in USD) as the earnest money.

What is included in the room rent?

Room rent includes Internet access, property management, cable TV and weekly housekeeping service. Utilities (gas, electricity and water) are not included in the room rent and will be calculated based on the meter numbers. Averagely, utility cost for a 1-bedroom apartment is about 4-8 RMB in winter and 6-10 RMB in summer.

Are there hidden charges?

No. We will let you know any additional cost incurred from our service before you make a reservation.

Will the rate be different if I stay longer, for example, 6 or even 12 month above?

Yes, the rate varies slightly based on the length of your stay.
　

How to cancel or change my reservation?

Please inform us as early as possible to cancel or change your reservation. The earnest money is NOT refundable if you make your cancellation within 10 days from your scheduled move-in date.

Can I extend my stay?

To extend your stay, please inform us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled move-out date. If the room is not available, we will offer apartments in or near the same property.
