12月29日，SOHO中国宣布，于2011年12月29日，公司全资附属公司上海长烨（作为买方）与卖方订立股权及债权转让框架协议，以收购证大五道口及绿城合升的全部股权及该等股东贷款的所有权利及拥有权，对价总额为人民币40亿元。
于完成后，上海长烨将透过证大五道口及绿城合升间接拥有海之门50%股权，另于完成项目公司转让协议后，海之门将成为项目公司的唯一股东，而项目公司拥有外滩8-1地块的土地使用权，而上海长烨将间接拥有项目公司及外滩8-1地块50%权益。 |

Soho buys into Bund (The Standard) |

Soho China will pay 4 billion yuan
(HK$4.9 billion) for a site on
Shanghai's historic Bund partly owned by
debt-laden Greentown China and Shanghai
Zendai.
Soho will buy 50 percent of the
mixed-use site, which has a sellable
floor area of 271,529 square meters. The
other half belongs to Fosun
International
Zendai won the site at an auction in
early 2010 for 9.22 billion yuan.
SOHO chairman Pan Shiyi said the company
will still hold 13 billion yuan in cash
after the acquisition - the tenth for
the company in Shanghai and its biggest
yet in the city.
