11月25日媒体消息，摩根士丹利（大摩）在2007年初以5.3亿元整体购入的位于上海徐家汇永新城的两栋公寓(现更名为莎玛徐家汇公寓)最近开始在市场上进行散售，价格为5万至6万元/平方米。
资料显示，莎玛徐家汇公寓本是永新城两栋住宅楼，2007年1月，大摩将其整栋购入。据当时数据显示，这笔交易总成交价为5.3亿元，成交单价19934元/平方米，共有房源219套，总面积为26589.23平方米。
Morgan Stanley commences the sale of two
buildings in Novel City for an average
price of RMB50-60,000 per sqm. The
buildings were previously Shama serviced
apartments.
In January 2007, Morgan Stanley bought
the buildings en bloc for a total
transaction value of RMB530 million and
an average price of RMB19,934 per sqm.
The total unit number is 219 and total
GFA is 26,589 sqm.
