Morgan Stanley sells Novel City on the strata title market with expected revenue of RMB1.6 billion (Guandian)
11月25日媒体消息,摩根士丹利(大摩)在2007年初以5.3亿元整体购入的位于上海徐家汇永新城的两栋公寓(现更名为莎玛徐家汇公寓)最近开始在市场上进行散售,价格为5万至6万元/平方米。  
资料显示,莎玛徐家汇公寓本是永新城两栋住宅楼,2007年1月,大摩将其整栋购入。据当时数据显示,这笔交易总成交价为5.3亿元,成交单价19934元/平方米,共有房源219套,总面积为26589.23平方米。

Morgan Stanley commences the sale of two buildings in Novel City for an average price of RMB50-60,000 per sqm. The buildings were previously Shama serviced apartments.

In January 2007, Morgan Stanley bought the buildings en bloc for a total transaction value of RMB530 million and an average price of RMB19,934 per sqm. The total unit number is 219 and total GFA is 26,589 sqm.
