  1.  When you make an enquiry email or phone call to us, please let us know your requirements as detailed as possible, we need to know the basic information from you: the location you want to live, number of bedroom you need, the rental budget you have and your planed move-in date.

  2.  If you have got a designated agent (assigned by your company) working for you, please consult with your company that you want to work with other agents if the designated agent fails to serve you sufficiently.

  3.  If you work with different realtors, we highly appreciate that you are able to let us know what properties you have visited with other agents and your opinions about those you have visited. By doing this, we will know if we can offer you something more suitable or competitive. 

 4. As we have a good business relationship with ALL Shanghai serviced apartments owners/companies and have the most completed non-serviced property database in Shanghai, thus if you have found a property by yourself, but want an agent to work for you to do a follow-up such as price and terms negotiation, leasing contract preparation, check-in assistance and any other renting issues, we would be happy to do these for you on your behalf (FREE of charge). If you found the property with an agent but not satisfied with their service offered to you, we also warmly welcome you to work with us to offer you a more professional service.
